TYREF Rossa H.P.

The Rossa H.P. surface was developed to optimise the transfer and performance when applying speciality coatings, including Soft Touch, Drip Off, Satin and Matt products. The soft, smooth surface allows these coatings to be applied with minimum pressure giving superior transfer and lay. The new construction gives the product additional stability on press and easy stripping characteristics.

TYREF Aqua Plus Compressible Polyester Backed

This unique product is truly dual purpose and suitable for UV and Water Based (AQUEOUS) coating applications. The smooth surface compound has been specially developed to give high levels of gloss and excellent sheet release in both applications. As with all our Aqua Plus range of products, the surface compound has been developed to eliminate ink build up in the water-based (AQUEOUS) coating application.

TYREF Aqua Plus Fabric Backed

Tyref’s new innovative 3ply construction has no fabric layer between the surface and compressible layer. This unique design offers the printer many benefits over competitors’ products. Our construction gives greater smash resistance and no opportunity for fabric impression (orange peel effect) transferring onto the coated sheet. After cutting, the blanket shows no fibres on the cut edge, preventing coating and cleaning agents from penetrating the blanket.

FOLEX Folacoat Plus Pet

The coating plate for the transfer of water-based and UV coatings received a tear-resistant, double-layer polyester film laminate. This laminate reduces the risk of the carrier break for the largest production runs and ensures a long service life. The pink-coloured, coating-carrying top polymer coating has received a protective/sliding film to protect the coating plates against
mechanical damage.

This film allows trouble-free sliding of the cutting head by a CAD cutting system and visualizes the applied cuts.
